The process begins by completing the Visa D Sponsorship Application Form, which is free to submit. Our team reviews your information and prepares the employment documents connected with your application. After the required review/payment stage, Jobs Serbia prepares the complete Visa D application and supporting documentation and submits or coordinates its submission through the applicable Serbian procedure. We then monitor the application and inform you about status changes, requests for additional documents, embassy notifications and the final decision. After Visa D approval, our team coordinates your arrival and assists with accommodation, registration of stay, employment onboarding and the subsequent Temporary Residence / Single Permit procedure where applicable. Visa approval is decided exclusively by the competent authorities and cannot be guaranteed by Jobs Serbia.
