How It Works
Find Job in Serbia for foreigners in 9 Simple Steps
Our process is simple, fast, and completely legal for foreign workers already living and working in Serbia. For those outside of Serbia, we have Visa Sponsorship application that will make it easy for you to come and work in Serbia with following steps:

Complete the Visa Application Form
Please complete the application form with all required personal, professional, and passport information needed for the Visa D process. Make sure that all details are accurate, as this information will be used for the next steps of your employment and visa application procedure.

Our Team Reviews Your Profile
The Jobs Serbia team reviews your application within 1–2 business days and contacts you to discuss next steps.

We send you the documents for review
Based on your application, we make 5 documents (Employment Contract, Invitation Letter, Consent Letter, Offer Letter, and Proforma Invoice, all with your personal information in it), that we will send you in the following email after your form arrives in our inbox. Our team will create a whatsapp group where we will communicate easier for firther steps.

We Start Preparing Documents for the Visa Process
After the payment of proforma invoice is confirmed and you confirmed that all documents sent previously are correctly set, we start preparing the documentation required for your Visa D application. We make account on your behalf on eVisa official portal, give you parameters for tracking your status, as well as the documents that we are submitting on eVisa.

We Keep You Updated on the Application Status
After submission of Visa, we will then monitor the status and keep you updated of any change that might happen during the process of waiting for Visa Approval.

Preparation for the Visa Sticker at the Embassy
After your Visa D is approved, we help prepare the documentation required for obtaining the visa sticker at the Serbian embassy or consulate. You will receive instructions on what documents to bring and how to proceed with this step.

Candidate Organizes the Flight to Serbia
Once the visa procedure is completed, the candidate organizes and pays for their own flight to Serbia. Our team will provide guidance regarding arrival details and the information needed before travel.

Arrival in Serbia and Ongoing Support
Upon arrival in Serbia, our agency welcomes the candidate at the airport and provides further support. We continue to assist with work organization, accommodation, communication with the employer, and any questions related to the candidate’s work and stay in Serbia.

Yes — walk-ins are welcome at our office at Šumatovačka 72, Vračar, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. For Saturday visits, please contact us in advance.
How long does it take to find a job through Jobs Serbia?
It depends on your occupation and availability of matching employers. Our team typically reaches out within 1–2 business days of your application and works to find a suitable match as quickly as possible.
Is this a legal Agency for foreigners?
Yes - We are a legal Foreign Employment Agency with all legal liscences needed. Everything we do is legal. We work with trustworthy verified local employers in Serbia to ensure all our workers are going to be paid fair and on time with all the overtime work included.
Do I need to already have a work permit to apply?
Yes — this service is for foreign workers already legally residing and working in Serbia who wish to change employer or find new employment. You should have a valid residence or Unified Permit in Serbia. If you don't have all legal papers, we will try to help you obtain them if it's within the legal timeframe.
What if i am not in Serbia and don't have Visa?
If you don't have Visa, have no worries. We offer Visa Sponsorship for foreign candidates. The Fee is 570€ and will cover your application. Once the application is through, you are eligible to come and work in Serbia. We will provide you with jobs placements of your experience and free accomodation.
