Complete Cost Structure for International Recruitment Partners

Financial Terms

No hidden fees — ever

There are no space for hidden fees. However, in addition to the initial payment, there are clearly defined additional service fees for each candidate who is submitted for Visa D.

By paying the Partner & Collaborator Registration Fee — €990, the partner receives the right to submit an unlimited number of candidate profiles on Jobs Serbia, and the partnership registration does not have an expiry date. These candidates will be processed for Visa D before arrival to Serbia, and Temporary Work/Residence Permit upon arrival to Serbia.

€400

Visa D application fee

Submission and processing support for the Visa D application. Paid before each Visa D application starts.

€480

TRC application fee

Submission and processing support for the TRC (3 years). Paid after Visa D approval and before candidate's arrival, or deducted from the salary until paid out.

These fees are not hidden costs — they are part of the official process and apply only to candidates who are selected by employers and proceed further in the visa and employment process.

Not included — paid separately by candidate

Passport issuance, document legalization, translation if required, medical checks if requested, embassy-related personal expenses, and flight tickets are not included and are paid separately by the candidate.

Depending on the type of cooperation, the documents may include:

  • Demand Letter

  • Partnership or Cooperation Agreement

  • Additional instructions relevant to the cooperation process

Please review all documents carefully and confirm that the information is correct before proceeding with payment.

Once the documentation has been accepted, the Registration Fee can be paid according to the instructions provided on the proforma invoice.

03

Receive Your Code & Submit Your Candidates

After the Registration Fee has been received and recorded, your registration becomes active.

You will receive your unique Partner / Collaborator Code.

You can then begin submitting your candidates through the designated Jobs Serbia candidate application form.

Always enter your Partner / Collaborator Code when submitting a candidate. This allows our system and team to correctly connect every candidate with your account.

There is no need to submit candidate applications before you receive your code.

04

We Prepare & Submit the Visa D Application

Once a candidate is ready to proceed and the applicable candidate Visa D fee has been paid (400EUR per candidate), the Jobs Serbia team begins preparing the Visa D employment procedure.

Our team prepares and coordinates the required application and supporting employment documentation, including the documents necessary for the candidate's legal employment and Visa D application in Serbia.

We then submit the application through the applicable Serbian eVisa and consular procedure.

Partners and Collaborators do not need to prepare the Serbian employment documentation themselves — our team manages this part of the process.

05

We Monitor the Visa Status & Keep You Updated

After the Visa D application has been submitted, our team monitors the application status on behalf of each candidate.

Every Visa D application is processed individually — each candidate has their own personal eVisa account with a unique username and password. This gives full transparency to the candidate and to your agency — you can follow the status of each application in real time by logging into the candidate's eVisa account at evisa.welcometoserbia.gov.rs.

We keep the Partner or Collaborator informed about all important changes during the procedure, including:

✓ Application status updates

✓ Requests for additional documents

✓ Embassy or authority notifications

✓ Required corrections or additional information

✓ Visa approval or other official decisions If additional documentation or information is requested, we coordinate with you and the candidate immediately so that the necessary action can be taken as soon as possible.

06

Visa Approval, Arrival in Serbia & Local Support

Once the Visa D has been approved, we coordinate the candidate's next steps and planned arrival in Serbia.

Our team will provide instructions regarding travel and arrival and coordinate the candidate's reception in Serbia.

Upon arrival, candidates can receive support with:

  • Airport arrival coordination and pickup

  • Transportation to their accommodation

  • Accommodation arrangements provided under the applicable employment conditions

  • Registration of their stay in Serbia

  • Work & Residence permit documentation and procedure
