The Visa Sponsorship fee includes complete preparation of the visa application, including the exchange of all required documents and information between the Agency and the foreign worker.Service includes submission of the application through the official Welcome to Serbia portal, where each candidate has individual 24/7 access to monitor the status of their visa application.The visa application preparation and submission service includes::• Administrative preparation and submission of the first application • Paying Visa D fees• Translation of documents• Cooperation with state authorities and participation in police field checks• Preparation and submission of one additional application, if requiredThe Agency also participates in informational interviews before all competent state authorities involved in assessing the employment of foreign workers, especially:the National Employment Service;the Directorate for Foreigners;the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia;the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia that has jurisdiction over the Visa D applicant’s country of origin.
After the visa application is approved, the Agency prepares the appropriate documentation that the candidate must submit together with their passport to the competent embassy, in order for the visa sticker to be inserted into the passport.With this visa, the candidate may come to the Republic of Serbia for work for a period of up to 6 months.The Agency will provide support in finding employment and accommodation for all foreign workers upon their arrival in the Republic of Serbia.Each Visa D applicant becomes the responsibility of the Agency immediately after landing at the airport in Belgrade, the capital city of Serbia.Additionally, in order to be completely transparent, we can create individual accounts on the eVisa portal so that each candidate can independently track the status of their visa application.
