After the visa application is approved, the Agency prepares the appropriate documentation that the candidate must submit together with their passport to the competent embassy, in order for the visa sticker to be inserted into the passport.With this visa, the candidate may come to the Republic of Serbia for work for a period of up to 6 months.The Agency will provide support in finding employment and accommodation for all foreign workers upon their arrival in the Republic of Serbia.Each Visa D applicant becomes the responsibility of the Agency immediately after landing at the airport in Belgrade, the capital city of Serbia.Additionally, in order to be completely transparent, we can create individual accounts on the eVisa portal so that each candidate can independently track the status of their visa application.

How can i make the payment and where can i find payment information?

Payment is not made immediately when submitting an application via www.jobsserbia.comAfter we receive your application and the information on the basis of which we will prepare the documentation required for the visa process, we will send you all your documents for review to include the employment contract, invitation letter, offer letter, authorization to submit the application, etc.After you review your documents and confirm that everything is in order, you need to make a payment based on the proforma invoice that we can provide you.You can make payment only officially trought your bank account, you can make transaction based on our proforma invoice what you can do after reviewing your documents prepared for visa D process.  If your country has restrictions on payments abroad, please contact us for assistance.Once you make the payment, within 2-3 days we will submit the visa application via the eVisa portal (VelcometoSerbia) and share with you the access parameters with which you can track the status of your application.If you need to make payment immediately, you have payment instruction below.

Refund policy in case of Visa D refusal?

There is no refund policy as each D visa application incurs the costs of paying government fees, document translations, administrative preparation requirements, police field checks including attendance at interviews at the state Immigration Office, etc.Only in the event of a visa refusal, the D visa application fee paid includes a second attempt to apply without paying additional fees. In the second attempt, the Agency will attempt to obtain visa approval.

Approximately how long would the complete process take, from today until I actually arrive in Serbia?

With  visa approval time of 3-4 months +  1 month for visa stickering in embassy and arranging a flight, approx. after 5 - 6 months from now you will be in Serbia. You will have a job and accommodation immediately upon arrival in Serbia. We will meet you at the airport and be your support throughout your stay and work in the Republic of Serbia.

After the payment is made, what is the duration of the process for the visa?

After the candidate provides us with their information and documents via the visa application form on the website, including a copy of their passport, school diploma and profile photo, and make payment,  it usually takes around 5  days to prepare and submit the D visa application.Once submitted, the D visa approval process may vary, depending on the relevant authorities and the individual case, the average visa approval period is usually around 3 months.The shortest visa approval period was 40 days, and the longest was 5 months based on our experience.

The earnings of unskilled workers are:550 EUR salary;100 EUR food allowance;Total: 650 EUR, with food included in this amount;Free accommodation included.

The work visa process is arranged by Jobs Serbia through the specialized employment agency HR Bulevar d.o.o. Belgrade, which holds a license issued by the Ministry of Labour of the Republic of Serbia.HR Bulevar Employment Agency prepares all required documentation, communicates directly with each Visa D applicant, and exchanges all necessary documents required for the Visa D procedure, including invitation letters, work contracts, and other relevant documentation.The Employment Agency submits the visa application, monitors the status of the application, and communicates with all competent state authorities regarding the employment of foreign workers in Serbia for the needs of local employers.Each Visa D applicant provides authorization to the Agency to submit the Visa D application on their behalf.

The Employment Agency has a one hundred active positions at any given time, regardless of the nationality of the foreign worker.A wide range of job positions is available for almost all professional profiles of candidates.Upon arrival in Serbia, each candidate will attend one or more job interviews, through which we will select the most suitable job offer for the candidate.For certain less in-demand professional positions, some skilled workers may not be needed immediately. In such cases, they may temporarily be offered an unqualified position until a suitable job offer in the candidate’s profession becomes available.

Will the employer provide a work contract before the candidate makes any payment?

The Employment Agency, acting as the inviter and preparing the visa application, will begin processing the visa request after payment has been made according to the proforma invoice.It is sufficient for the candidate to make the payment through their bank and provide Jobs Serbia with proof of payment, so that the process can begin immediately after the payment is completed. Only after the payment will the candidate get the invitation letter, consent letter, and employer contract.

What happens if my Visa D application is rejected?

Our current Visa D application success rate is approximately 80%.However, the final decision is made exclusively by the competent Serbian authorities, and visa approval cannot be guaranteed 100%.If your first Visa D application is rejected, we will review the case and submit the application one more time without charging any additional service fee.The amount paid is non-refundable because it covers:• Administrative preparation of the application• Visa D fees• Translation of documents• cooperation with state authorities and participation in police field checks• Preparation and submission of the first application• Preparation and submission of one additional application, if required

After the Visa D application is approved, the candidate has no additional costs related to staying in the Republic of Serbia for up to 6 months.Every Visa D applicant who receives visa approval is required to submit their passport to the embassy that issued the approval, so that the visa sticker can be inserted into the passport.The candidate is responsible for independently covering their travel costs to the Republic of Serbia.If the Visa D applicant wishes to remain in Serbia for longer than 6 months, during the period of lawful stay based on the Visa D, the applicant has the right to submit an application for temporary residence for a period of up to 3 years.This application can also be submitted by the Employment Agency based on the candidate’s authorization.The service of preparing and submitting an application for temporary residence in the Republic of Serbia costs 480 EUR per application.
