If a candidate is selected by an employer and the Visa D process continues, the following additional service fees apply per selected candidate:

400 EUR — for preparation and issuance of the required documentation for the embassy, as well as support with regulating the foreign worker’s stay after arrival in Serbia.

Any personal costs related to the candidate, such as passport issuance, document legalization, translation if required, medical checks if requested, embassy-related personal expenses, and flight tickets, are not included and are paid separately by the candidate.

After the partner provides us with the candidate information and required documents, including passport copy, school diploma, and profile photo, it usually takes 5 to 10 days to prepare and submit the Visa D application.

In addition to formal qualifications, skilled candidates must have real work experience in the position they are applying for. Candidates who have only completed a short training course, without sufficient practical experience in a real working environment, will not be considered fully competent for skilled positions.

After the initial payment and mutual agreement, we will send you the Excel file, where you will need to enter all candidates, the file contains instructions for how it should be filled, all the info needed is listed inside the file. In the case of the candidate being chosen, we will need further documentation for Visa D Application, which we will be asking for upon that stage of the process.

For skilled candidates, it is necessary to provide a demonstration video showing the candidate performing the relevant work. The video should preferably be 1 to 2 minutes long and should clearly show the candidate’s practical skills.
