Can you deliver to us Draft partnership/cooperation agreement?

Yes. After you fill out the registration form, and before paying for the registration service fee, you will receive a Draft partnership/cooperation agreement by email for your review and approval. The agreement defines the cooperation terms, selected fee, rights and obligations of both parties, payment terms, candidate visa process, and other relevant conditions.We also send all our partners a demand letter  with the latest job positions to be filled, along with the contract.

What is the detailed cost structure?  NO HIDDEN COSTS

Accepted Answer

There are no space for hidden fees. However, in addition to the initial payment, there are clearly defined additional service fees for each candidate who is submitted for Visa D.

By paying Partner Regitration Fee - EUR 990, the partner receives the right to submit unlimited number of candidate's profiles on the JobsSerbia. These candidates will be processed for Visa D before arrival to Serbia, and Temporary Work/Residence Permit apon arrival to Serbia.

Additional fees paid by the Partner for each candidate are:

400 EUR — for submission and processing support of the Visa D application for that candidate. Paid before each Visa Application starts.

480 EUR — for submission and processing support of the TRC application (3 years of staying and working in Republic of Serbia). Paid after Visa Approval and before arrivals of candidates to Serbia.

These fees are not hidden costs; they are part of the official process and apply only to candidates who are selected by employers and proceed further in the visa and employment process.

Any personal costs related to the candidate, such as passport issuance, document legalization, translation if required, medical checks if requested, embassy-related personal expenses, and flight tickets, are not included and are paid separately by the candidate.

Below we will give an example of the cost structure for applying for 5, 10, 15 and 30 candidates.

What exactly is included in the €990 registration fee and registration validity period?

The fee includes the following benefits:1. Official registration and creation of a client profile in the database, creation of a special WhatsApp group for communication, active exchange of information and documents about candidates and visa processes.2. Unlimited registration period without the need to renew registration3. Unlimited number of submitted applications for visa applicants4. Lower application costs per visa application 400EUR, while the application costs for individuals are 570EUR per application (Savings on the difference of 170eur per visa application)5. Constant support available on weekdays from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Is the visa guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

No one can guarantee a visa 100%. We have a success rate of 70-80%. However, in the event that the visa is rejected, the service includes a re-application at no additional cost to ensure that we achieve visa approval in the second cycle.

Refund policy if no candidate is selected or placed by a Serbian employer?

Accepted Answer

There is no refund policy because real service is provided in the background (Visa D process).Candidates are garantueed job placement upon arriving to Serbia, with continuous local support regarding change of jobs, change of accommodation, or any other problems a candidate might have while staying in SerbiaOur agency is a professional agency with a license from the local Ministry of Labor and has been on the market for 12 years or more. In our business, we have never come across a situation where a worker did not get a job, but there have only been situations where a worker did not want to accept a job. Our main task is to achieve the satisfaction of both parties, the local employer and the foreign worker. The relationship of cooperation is based on trust and our tradition of cooperation and high position in the market.

Refund and replacement policy in case of Visa D or Residence Permit refusal, employer withdrawal or candidate rejection?

Accepted Answer

There is no refund policy as each D visa application incurs the costs of paying government fees, document translations, administrative preparation requirements, police field checks including attendance at interviews at the state  Immigration Office, etc.Only in the event of a visa refusal, the D visa application fee paid includes a second attempt to apply without paying additional fees. In the second attempt, the Agency will attempt to obtain visa approval.

Will you provide us with a WORK PERMIT before you make Visa D applications?

No. In Serbia, no separate work permits are issued; in Republic of Serbia, everything is reduced to a visa approval that grants both the right to work and the right to reside.The visa process begins with the submission of an application for a D visa, and ends with the decision of the competent embassy of the Republic of Serbia. However, in the process of checks by competent state authorities, assessments are made by the National Employment Service and the Immigration office (Police for foreigner)  at the same time during the visa process.

After you provide us with all the information about the candidate, we will prepare an employment contract covering several positions in manufacturing, warehousing, retail and hospitality.After the candidates receive visa approval, and 10 days before their arrival in the Republic of Serbia, the agency will inform the candidates about the jobs they will perform upon arrival in Serbia. All costs are covered by HR Boulevar Employment Agency that processes the Visa D or Temporary Residence application, except for airfare, medical expenses, local government expenses.The Agency covers the costs and pays the state fees for Visa D and temporary work/residence permits, as well as the costs of document translation and administrative preparation and submission of all the aforementioned requests in case the previously agreed fees to the Agency have been paid by the Partner.

What is the expected time for each candidate from the beginning of the process to deployment?

After the partner provides us with the candidate information and required documents, including passport copy, school diploma, and profile photo, it usually takes 5 to 10 days to prepare and submit the Visa D application.After submission, the Visa D approval process may vary , depending on the competent authorities and the individual case, the average approval period is usually around 3 months.

What qualifications are required for candidates?

For unskilled workers, the minimum requirement is a completed primary school diploma, meaning at least the first eight years of education.For skilled workers, candidates must have an appropriate diploma, certificate, or formal qualification related to the job they are applying for. For example, a welder should have a certificate or diploma confirming completed education or training for welding.In addition to formal qualifications, skilled candidates must have real work experience in the position they are applying for. Candidates who have only completed a short training course, without sufficient practical experience in a real working environment, will not be considered fully competent for skilled positions.

For skilled candidates, it is necessary to provide a demonstration video showing the candidate performing the relevant work. The video should preferably be 1 to 2 minutes long and should clearly show the candidate’s practical skills.For unskilled candidates, it is recommended to provide a short introduction video. The video should preferably be 30 seconds to 1 minute long. The candidate should introduce themselves in English and mention their full name, country of origin, marital status, position they are applying for, and previous work experience if any.
