Who can apply for Temporary Residence Card?

This is intended primarily for foreign candidates who:have entered Serbia legallyhave an approved or valid Visa D based on employmentintend to remain in Serbia after the Visa D periodhave a valid employment basis in Serbiameet the legal requirements for temporary residence and workare from a country which doesn't require Visa to enter, before travel to Serbia (for some nationality such as Russians, Ukrainians, European Union citizens, etc.)
A candidate who entered Serbia with a Visa D must normally apply for temporary residence on the same basis for which the Visa D was issued. The application must be submitted during the candidate’s lawful stay in Serbia.

When is the €480 payment made?

The payment is made before the submission  and  after we make documents preparation  for the Temporary Residence/Work Permit application.Before payment, the candidate receives a formal proforma invoice issued in their name. The invoice contains:HR Bulevar company information;the amount and purpose of payment;official company bank account details;IBAN and SWIFT payment instructions.
All payments must be made exclusively to the official company bank account of HR Bulevar d.o.o. or you can make payment in our office in Belgrade, street Sumatovacka 72. Payments are never made to a personal bank account.To avoid waiting for the international bank transfer to be fully registered, the candidate may send us proof of payment. Once the payment confirmation is received, our team can begin preparing the application.

Is the €480 fee refundable?

The fee is non-refundable after the preparation or submission process has begun.The amount covers administrative work, document review, translations, application preparation, official fees, electronic submission and support provided throughout the process.The fee is paid for the preparation and administration of the application and does not represent payment for a guaranteed government decision.

Question 4

How long can the permit be valid?

A Temporary Residence and Work Permit may be issued for a period of up to three years.The exact validity period depends on the employment basis, submitted documentation, duration of the employment arrangement and decision of the competent authorities.

Question 5

Can the permit be extended?

Accepted Answer

Yes.The permit may be extended if the candidate continues to meet the legal requirements for residence and employment in Serbia.An extension request may be submitted no earlier than three months before the existing permit expires and no later than its expiration date.
