A Collaborator is a local individual — not an agency, not a recruiter — who knows people in their community, family, or social circle who are interested in working in Serbia. You are simply someone who wants to help people you know access legal employment opportunities in Serbia through Jobs Serbia, lead by HR Bulevar Foreign Agency.
As a Collaborator, you become our main point of contact for the people you recommend. You help us collect documents, bridge language barriers, assist with communication, and ensure that the process runs smoothly for everyone involved. We handle everything else — Visa D, Unified Permit, and full support upon arrival in Serbia.

You are not placing workers — you are recommending people from your community who genuinely want to work in Serbia. No agency license or business registration required.
You Are the Bridge
Many candidates lack language skills or technical ability to navigate the process alone. As a Collaborator, you assist with document collection, translation, and communication throughout.

Jobs Serbia manages the full Visa D application, Unified Permit, and local support in Serbia. Your role is to recommend and assist — we do the rest.

Financial Terms
There are no space for hidden fees. However, in addition to the initial payment, there are clearly defined additional service fees for each candidate who is submitted for Visa D.
By paying Partner Regitration Fee - EUR 990, the partner receives the right to submit unlimited number of candidate's profiles on the JobsSerbia. These candidates will be processed for Visa D before arrival to Serbia, and Temporary Work/Residence Permit apon arrival to Serbia.
Additional fees paid by the Partner for each candidate are:
400 EUR — for submission and processing support of the Visa D application for that candidate. Paid before each Visa Application starts.
480 EUR — for submission and processing support of the TRC application (3 years of staying and working in Republic of Serbia). Paid after Visa Approval and before arrivals of candidates to Serbia.
These fees are not hidden costs; they are part of the official process and apply only to candidates who are selected by employers and proceed further in the visa and employment process.
Any personal costs related to the candidate, such as passport issuance, document legalization, translation if required, medical checks if requested, embassy-related personal expenses, and flight tickets, are not included and are paid separately by the candidate.
Below we will give an example of the cost structure for applying for 5, 10, 15 and 30 candidates.

Collaborator Registration
Fill out the form for collaborator registration that we will recieve on our email and continue further communication there.
Partner registration includes :

Payment of the Fee
After we reach out to you with further information and instruction, we will send you an official invoice. Once that is paid, we proceed to the next step.

Apply your candidates
After payment and agreement are offical, we will guide you and candidates who will fill out the form Apply for Candidates each. We will provide you with a Collab code that you will put in the first field of the form, do not fill out before receiving the partner code.

Visa D and Work Permit (Unified Permit)
After submitting your candidates, you will have additional fees for each candidate submitted so the process of Visa preparation and submission can start.
400€ per candidate — Visa D application preparation and submission of all required documentation ( Paid beforehand )
480€ per candidate — Arrival documentation & residence regularization: Residence/Work Permit application for 3 years ( This is paid only after Visa D has been approved )

We monitor Visa status
We monitor Visa status of workers and update you upon any changes of candidates status.

Local Support upon arrival
We make sure each candidate gets local support upon arrival on airport, driving them to their accomodation, and setting up the process of job placements.

Can I visit your office without an appointment?
Yes — walk-ins are welcome at our office at Šumatovačka 72, Vračar, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. For Saturday visits, please contact us in advance.

It depends on your occupation and availability of matching employers. Our team typically reaches out within 1–2 business days of your application and works to find a suitable match as quickly as possible.
Is this a legal Agency for foreigners?
Yes - We are a legal Foreign Employment Agency with all legal liscences needed. Everything we do is legal. We work with trustworthy verified local employers in Serbia to ensure all our workers are going to be paid fair and on time with all the overtime work included.
Do I need to already have a work permit to apply?
Yes — this service is for foreign workers already legally residing and working in Serbia who wish to change employer or find new employment. You should have a valid residence or Unified Permit in Serbia. If you don't have all legal papers, we will try to help you obtain them if it's within the legal timeframe.
What if i am not in Serbia and don't have Visa?
If you don't have Visa, have no worries. We offer Visa Sponsorship for foreign candidates. The Fee is 570€ and will cover your application. Once the application is through, you are eligible to come and work in Serbia. We will provide you with jobs placements of your experience and free accomodation.
