My Salary – Net or Gross?

The salary amounts displayed by Jobs Serbia are net salaries.

This means the amount stated in your employment documentation is the amount you receive in your bank account, excluding any separately paid overtime or other additional payments that may apply.

Typical salary ranges are:

• Unskilled positions: €650–€700 net + paid overtime

• Skilled positions: €900–€1,000 net + paid overtime

Your exact salary will be stated in your Employment Contract, Offer Letter or other employment documentation before you proceed with the process.

If food allowance or another benefit is included for your specific position, this will also be stated in the applicable employment conditions.
