Refund Policy

Payments are made for administrative work, preparation, processing, translation, submission and other services performed by Jobs Serbia / HR Bulevar. Once payment has been made and the Agency has begun performing the purchased service, the service fee becomes non-refundable. A refund is not due solely because a Visa D, Temporary Residence or Single Permit application is rejected; additional documents are requested; the candidate withdraws after work has started; the candidate does not provide required documents or cooperate with the process; the candidate decides not to travel to or remain in Serbia; or circumstances outside the Agency's reasonable control affect the application. Payment does not represent payment for guaranteed visa or governmental approval.
