Which Documents Will I Receive and When?

Before making the payment, you will receive copies of your employment and Visa D supporting documents for review, including:

• Invitation Letter

• Consent Letter

• Offer Letter

At this stage, the documents are provided without HR Bulevar’s signature and company stamp and are intended for your review only.

Before making the payment, you should carefully check your personal information, job position, salary, employment conditions and all other information stated in the documents. If you notice any incorrect information or need clarification, you should contact the Jobs Serbia team before proceeding.

Once the applicable Visa D service payment has been received, HR Bulevar finalizes the documentation by signing and stamping the required documents.

The completed documentation is then provided to you and used by our team as part of your official Visa D application for employment in Serbia.

Jobs Serbia / HR Bulevar prepares the required Visa D application, uploads the relevant documents into the appropriate sections of the application and submits or coordinates the submission of the application through the applicable procedure.
