Working Hours

Standard working hours for many Jobs Serbia positions are approximately 40–45 hours per week. Overtime may be required depending on the position and employer and is paid additionally according to the applicable employment conditions. Your exact working schedule, working hours and overtime conditions will be stated in your Employment Agreement or other employment documentation.
