RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM A DISTANCE CONTRACT

A consumer has the right, without giving reasons, to withdraw from a distance contract for the provision of services within 14 days from the date the contract is concluded, except where the statutory conditions for termination/exclusion of that right are met.

To exercise the right, the consumer may send the prescribed form or another unequivocal statement to jobsserbia@hrbulevar.rs or to HR Bulevar d.o.o., Šumatovačka 72, Belgrade. If an electronic form is available on the website, HR Bulevar shall acknowledge receipt electronically without delay

Commencement of the service during the 14-day period
If the consumer wants HR Bulevar to begin work before the withdrawal period expires, the consumer must expressly request this on a durable medium. If the consumer then withdraws before full performance, the consumer may owe a proportionate part of the price for services performed up to the time of withdrawal, in accordance with law and the agreed specification.

If the service is fully performed before expiry of the period, the right of withdrawal may cease only where the statutory conditions are met, including the consumer’s prior express consent/request and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost after full performance.

Refunds
Where the consumer validly withdraws, the refund shall be made without delay and no later than the statutory deadline, using the same means of payment unless the consumer expressly agrees to another method at no additional cost. Only the proportionate amount for services already performed that is permitted by law may be deducted, provided the statutory conditions are met.
