Temporary Residence & Work Permit Request

This form is intended for foreign candidates who have entered the Republic of Serbia or don't require Visa D and wish to apply for a Temporary Residence and Work Permit, also known as a Single Permit.


Filling out the form is FREE. Once you receive your visa application documents to review, you can then decide whether to pay for the TRC application service.

After submitting the form, our team will review your information and send you a proforma invoice with payment instructions. We will begin preparing your application after receiving the payment or proof of payment and all required documents.

Diploma must be translated from local language to English language.

A document in which you are registered for residence during the duration of the visa ONLY if you are in Serbia right now.

A statement from the person who is the landlord, that you, as a foreigner residing in that location, can legally reside in that location.

There must be a legal document (Contract, Tax decision, Real estate cadastre extract) from the person who owns that land or apartment, proving that they are the owner of the land or apartment.
