6 Steps to Placing Your Candidates
with Serbian Employers

Partnership Registration
Fill out the form for partnership registration that we will recieve on our email and continue further communication there.
Partner registration includes :

Unlimited registration period without the need to renew registration

Unlimited number of submitted applications for visa applicants

Lower application costs per visa application 400EUR, instead of 570EUR for Individuals

Constant support available on weekdays from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm

Payment of the Fee
After we reach out to you with further information and instruction, we will send you an official invoice and partnership agreement document. Once that is paid, we proceed to the next step.

Apply your candidates
After payment and agreement are offical, we will guide you to fill out the form Apply for Candidates for each of the candidates. We will provide you with a partner code that you will put in the first field of the form, do not fill out before receiving the partner code.

Visa D and Work Permit (Unified Permit)
After submitting your candidates, you will have additional fees for each candidate submitted so the process of Visa preparation and submission can start.
400€ per candidate — Visa D application preparation and submission of all required documentation ( Paid beforehand )
480€ per candidate — Arrival documentation & residence regularization: Residence/Work Permit application for 3 years ( This is paid only after Visa D has been approved )

We monitor Visa status
We monitor Visa status of workers and update you upon any changes of candidates status.

Local Support upon arrival
We make sure each candidate gets local support upon arrival on airport, driving them to their accomodation, and setting up the process of job placements.

How many workers can I apply for after registration?
After registraion fee, you can apply for as many candidates as you have/want. We will handle the whole process of Visa D and job placement.
How long does it take to start the Visa process?
Once you fill out the forms for each candidate and make the payments for Visa Sponsorship fee, we will proceed to submit them within 10 days.
Will they have garantueed employment?
Each candidate that gets Visa approved will get a garantueed job placement +free accomodation.
Does Jobs Serbia handle the work permit process?
Jobs Serbia handles the Work/Residence Permit process for 3 years of staying in Serbia upon arrival of the candidate.
What is the Residence Permit and who applies for it?
The Residence Permit is a single document combining work and residence rights in Serbia, valid for up to 3 years under the 2024 Law on Employment of Foreigners. We apply for the Visa D for your workers, per each worker is 400€ for application of Visa D + 480€ for Arrival documentation & residence regularization.
