We also cover other industries to a lesser extent, such as construction, agriculture, nursing home support, and other sectors. Our Agency currently has approximately 600 workers. All workers are engaged according to the staff-leasing service model. This means that the Agency acts as the main employer of foreign workers and then leases them to various companies throughout the territory of the Republic of Serbia. This model of working with foreign workers has proven to be much more effective compared to the direct employment of foreign workers by a specific employer. If the employer is dissatisfied and the worker is dismissed, the Agency supports the worker, immediately finds another job for them, takes care of the worker, and provides support throughout the entire period of their stay and work in the Republic of Serbia.
